EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied with your puchase and need to return or exchange an item you should notify Florence in a Box with an e-mail 72 hours after having received the package.
Items should be shipped back in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.When Florence in a Box receives the original merchandise you will either be reimbursed for the full amount (not including original shipping charges) or a new charge will be made if you order new merchandise.

  DAMAGED GOODS
Every product you buy from Florence in a Box must be free of defects and in perfect condition.
If you receive damaged items you must notify Florence in a Box within 72 hours of receiving the product. A replacement will be sent and charged to your credit card upon shipping the item.
Once Florence in a Box receives the returned damaged product, you will be refunded for your initial purchase.

PRICE FLUCTUATION
Price fluctuation occurs due to foreign currency fluctuation and its impact on dollar prices. Normally these variations are minimal.

HAND PAINTED OR HAND CRAFTED ITEMS
All items in the catalogue are handmade upon request. None of the items in the catalogue are stored in warehouses in mass quantities.
The handcrafted nature of the products in our catalogue will produce minor differences in color and sizing. Hand crafted and painted items may vary slightly in color or size when compared to photographed samples shown in our catalogue. Subtle shade variations will occur adding to each products unique qualities making these products truly one of a kind items.
